Weekend (Fri/Sat) and holiday rates are $145 per night* , plus sales tax and a one-time cleaning fee. Weekdays (Sun - Thu) are $130 per night.

There is a 2 night minimum, except for holidays, including Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day, which may require a 3-4 night minimum.

Weekly rate is $800*. The cleaning fee is $65.

Payment is required with major credit card or by check (if more than 3 weeks before stay).

Deposit of 50% of stay will be charged to hold the reservation. Remainder, along with $250 security deposit, will be charged 30 days before check-in (If less than 30 days til check-in, all charges will be paid at time of booking.)

Pet fee: One small house trained dog is allowed (less than 25 lbs). The pet fee is $50 per stay.

* Based on four person occupancy. Each additional person is $10 per night.
